No. DBS42/021—2026 supports the edible processing route for Qiai tender leaves and defined ingredient forms. It does not replace finished-food licensing, product-specific evidence or destination-market approval.
Can we develop English private-label packaging?
Yes. The buyer selects a direction, approves the formula and sample, then coordinates brand artwork, ingredients, nutrition, allergens and destination-language requirements before printing.
Are health-effect claims included?
