Successful public page requests are counted by hour, page, referrer host and broad request class without cookies, IP storage or visitor profiles.
How B2B inquiry and website-use information is handled.
This notice explains the limited information used for B2B inquiries, privacy-preserving first-party site measurement and optional analytics.
Country, region/city, referrer, pages, browser/device class and session-level engagement are stored locally without retaining the original IP address.
Use Analytics settings in the footer or email sales@moxasourcing.com.
B2B inquiry information
Information submitted through this website is used to respond to B2B inquiries, evaluate sourcing feasibility, prepare samples or quotations, and maintain commercial communication. We do not sell inquiry data.
Basic server-side traffic measurement
Whether or not you accept optional analytics, the website counts successful public HTML page requests in hourly aggregate buckets so we can understand basic use, maintain service reliability and identify broad automated traffic. The aggregate record contains the page path without query parameters, referrer host, response-status class and a broad request class such as browser-like, declared bot, automation or unknown. It does not store an IP address, visitor identifier, cookie, complete user-agent string, query string or inquiry information, and it is not used to reconstruct an individual journey. Aggregate records are retained for up to 14 months.
Anonymous first-party site analytics
Independent Analytics runs on this WordPress site without cookies or external analytics servers. It uses the incoming IP address only in memory to estimate country, region and city, then does not store the original IP. A one-way visitor identifier derived from an anonymized request signal and user-agent is rotated daily, so it is not used to follow a visitor across days. The local report may include approximate location, referrer, landing and viewed pages, browser/device class, session duration and bounce rate. Administrators and the current internal test network are excluded. These records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Location is approximate and does not identify a person, company or buyer.
Optional website analytics
Optional analytics runs only after you select Accept optional analytics. Koko Analytics then uses a cookieless, daily-reset pseudonymous visitor identifier and stores aggregate visit data on this WordPress site. Google Analytics 4 may set first-party analytics cookies and receives page URL, referrer, browser/device, engagement and non-personal events such as quote-form start, successful inquiry submission, email-link click and inquiry-copy action. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or buying-brief contents to analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
Consent and cookies
A necessary preference cookie named ms_analytics_consent stores your optional-analytics choice for 180 days. If you decline, neither Koko tracking nor the Google Analytics tag is loaded; basic server counts and the cookie-free, locally stored anonymous site analytics described above continue. You can reopen Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice; withdrawing consent removes the site-accessible Google Analytics cookies and stops optional analytics on the next page load.
Analytics retention and international processing
Anonymous first-party site analytics is limited to 90 days. Server aggregate and Koko analytics are limited to 14 months. Google Analytics event-level retention is configured for 14 months. Google may process consented analytics data outside your country under its service terms and safeguards.
Supplier and service-provider sharing
Relevant product requirements may be shared with selected manufacturing, inspection, logistics or technical service providers only where needed to evaluate or execute the requested project.
Retention, security and requests
Inquiry records are retained for active commercial follow-up and reasonable business-record purposes. Send correction, access or deletion requests to sales@moxasourcing.com.
International business
Because inquiries may involve suppliers and buyers in different countries, project information may be processed across borders as needed for the requested transaction.
