What can quality control promise, and what remains outside it?
It can provide evidence that a sampled lot matches agreed product and packaging criteria; it cannot guarantee every unit, clinical outcome, market approval or customs result.
Inspection is sampling and evidence, not certainty. Its reliability depends on the specification, method, sample plan, access and timing. Hidden defects, future stability changes and unsampled variation may remain. The buyer should combine supplier qualification, process controls, appropriate testing, retained samples, inspection and post-market feedback according to risk. A single pre-shipment visit is not a complete quality system.
The product may also require specialist laboratory or regulatory work. Microbiology, chemical analysis, material safety, transport classification, skin-contact evaluation or other tests depend on the product and destination.
